Rosemary Roasted Almonds

I love rosemary. I love almonds. These are a super simple way to spruce up a healthy snack.

Rosemary Roasted Almonds

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups raw almonds

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

  • 3 sprigs Rosemary

Directions:

  1. Toss the almonds in olive oil, sprinkle on sea salt and the chopped rosemary leaves.

  2. Add to a sauce pan and cook over medium heat for approximately 25 minutes constantly stirring to avoid browning. I use the Le Creuset Every Day Pan. It’s the best!
