Buffalo Chicken Dip

Y’all…. buffalo chicken dip is so good and it is SO easy to throw together. You could really substitute any hot sauce for this but I think Frank’s is the best. I remember my friend Kelli bringing it over for a dinner party in the past and I couldn’t stop eating it. When I’m making this for a party, I usually double it and then just serve in the crock pot so it stays warm for awhile. It travels great so it’s also a good idea to bring to new parents or over to a pot luck.

This is such a ridiculously simple recipe… I promise you cannot screw it up!

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts

  • 2 blocks of cream cheese, cubed

  • 1 cup Frank’s Red Hot

  • 1 packet of ranch dressing seasoning (like this)

Directions:

  1. Bake the chicken in the oven on 400 for 30 minutes and then use an immersion blender or forks to shred it in the pan and then toss into the crock pot. Add in the cream cheese, hot sauce and ranch seasoning. Stir to combine and set on high heat for 30 minutes.

  2. After 30 minutes, everything should be melted. Stir to combine and serve with tortilla chips, Fritos or celery. Enjoy!
